What is the status of my order? 

If you need to check on the status of your order, please login and visit your orders section here. Guests will be given an option to log in (if they already have an account that they’ve ordered from in the past) or to look up their order based on e-mail address and zip code (if they checked out as a guest previously).

If you are unable to find your order details please contact our customer care team via 0031(0)742600001 and we will be happy to assist you. Please have your order number ready to help us assist you.

 

Shipping

Standard Shipping: orders received by 3:00 p.m. (PST), Monday-Friday, will ship the same day in most cases.

Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air: orders will ship same business day if received by 12:00 p.m. (PST) Monday-Friday, however, no guarantees are made.

All orders will ship within 2 business days unless noted otherwise.

We do not ship to P.O. or A.P.O boxes at this time.

Note: Missbrand is not liable for delays in shipping caused by external factors (i.e. weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, traffic accidents, etc.)

 

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on any order through Holland, Europe and Great Britain.

Standard: 1 bussiness day delivery if the order has been placed until 12:00.
International: 3-4 bussiness day delivery within the continental Europe and Great Britain.

 

Shipping Method

We ship using PostNL, Active Ants, DHL
